Blue Tree exists to help non profit organizations and small businesses use tech and data to support their strategy. We do four things: Strategic Planning, Technology Coaching & Leadership, Data & Dashboards, and occasionally we do Speaking engagements. Everything we do falls under these four categories. Passionate about aligning an organization’s heart, strategy, and operations, we dive into 7 foundational areas based on where an organization or business is in their lifecycle -- startup, operating, growing, or expanding/reinventing -- and where they are hurting the most. Currently we are helping non-profits figure out their strategy for pandemic recovery and where they want to head after having a pivotal year of innovation, exhaustion, and going digital — some want to go back to where they were, others want to reinvent themselves completely, and many want to become a hybrid based on what has worked really well this last year.
