Orchard View Farms, Inc. (the “Company”) is a grower and packer of fresh cherries. This 4th generation family-owned enterprise was established in 1923. We employ approximately 90 year-round staff members and about 800 seasonal staff for cherry harvest. As a licensed farm labor contractor, we custom manage, farm and harvest fruit for selected growers. We manage and harvest over 2000 acres of fresh cherries using sustainable farming practices on growing sites in, and adjacent to the Columbia River Gorge. We hand harvest blush and dark sweet cherries from mid-June to mid-August. We've also developed a revolutionary packing technology called View Fresh® to keep our premium cherries tasting crisp and fresh for better quality storage and consumption. Our advanced Packing House processes and packs over 10,000 tons of cherries per season. Sixty percent of those cherries are grown in our own orchards and the rest come from our partner growers. Our philosophy is to be a progressive grower and packer of premium quality fruit and to provide a meaningful and rewarding opportunity for present and future employees.
