Blue Phoenix emerged as the result of a mentor-protégé joint venture (MPJV) between the mortgage technology experts of PhoenixTeam and Blue Bay. The vision sparked from a collective 25 years of expertise in successfully delivering technology with an emphasis on leadership. The Blue Phoenix team is intimately familiar with federal agencies’ complexity and hurdles in transitioning from antiquated legacy systems and manual processes to a streamlined, data-driven, automated future state.
