Cate reads the ticket, plans the work, and drafts a PR that meets your guardrails (testing, linting, your standards) before it reaches your desk. Parallel Claudes run as tasks in their own Git worktrees, not a maze of chats. Plan agents post specs to your tracker. Review agents check the work before a human invests time. Every token is attributed to the issue it served. Your code stays on your machine; you use the Claude account you already have. That's agentic development orchestration: AI coding agents driven through your existing workflow (Jira, Linear, GitHub), governed by deterministic guardrails, with MCP tools for actions that must be repeatable. A repeatable process, not a nondeterministic guess. Joe Rinehart and Matt Sergi co-founded Blue Ghost after years of doing this work by hand. Joe spent 19+ years delivering HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and federal systems. Matt spent 27 years on cybersecurity and IT delivery for DoD, DHS, DOI, EPA, and Department of State.
