Blue Earth, Inc. is a publicly-held company focused on facilitating the commercialization of clean technologies. As a starting point, we are employing a growth strategy consisting of mergers, acquisitions, licensing and partnerships with companies in the energy efficiency sector. Our Board of Directors and Executive Team are intent on using their combined experience in building successful start up ventures to cultivate leading-edge technologies and business models that will: -Reduce the financial costs for businesses, governments and individuals; -Eliminate wasteful energy use; -and Lower carbon emissions We recently executed a Letter of Intent to acquire a profitable and rapidly growing energy services company. In addition, we have been performing extensive due diligence on companies that provide utility rebate and verification programs, energy efficient lighting, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning technologies. Our vision is to partner with innovative companies that have a proven track record in developing and commercializing clean technology products and services.
