The Blue Scale will further the delivery of therapeutics by providing real-time monitoring and reporting as well as daily feedback thus improving medication compliance, decreasing complications, preventing decompensation events, and markedly decreasing the cost of care of this disease that accounts for $39 billion in direct costs. The system will reduce total rehospitalization costs in the U.S. by $6 billion.
