We are Blu Coffee — three childhood friends united by a passion for technology and a desire to bring a fresh perspective to the world of coffee. It all started in 2016, when we discovered that good coffee doesn’t have to be bitter. We learned that each origin tells a story, each bean hides a unique aroma, and the right roasting can completely transform the taste. That was the moment we realized we wanted more than just a cup of coffee — we wanted an experience. After months of tastings, research, and testing, in 2017 we took the decisive step and acquired BluBeanCoffee Roastery from our friend Ionuț. It marked the beginning of a new chapter: turning our passion into a project dedicated to quality and authenticity. We spent hundreds of hours learning about roasting, analyzing every batch, and listening to the feedback of those who tried our coffee. That’s how we came to the conclusion that “tastes cannot be argued” — but they can be discovered. Așa am ajuns la concluzia că „gusturile nu se discută” — dar pot fi descoperite. În 2018, am decis să facem cafeaua de specialitate accesibilă tuturor, de la iubitorii de arome intense până la cei care abia pășesc în această lume fascinantă. Așa a luat naștere Blu Coffee, cu pachete gândite pentru fiecare tip de consumator, fiecare nivel de prăjire și fiecare preferință. Astăzi, fiecare ceașcă Blu Coffee spune povestea noastră — a curiozității, a prieteniei și a pasiunii pentru gustul autentic.
