Bloomington Developments is a real estate developer in the City of Greater Sudbury with a reputation for building unique properties. In the Fall of 2009, we began investing in real estate in the City of Greater Sudbury. The city has experienced significant development activity in a number of sectors. The large-format retail sector continues to grow and large investments are under way in the healthcare industry. The creation of the Northern Ontario School of Medicine in 2009 is a great example, so to is the new Laurentian University School of Architecture - the first of it's kind in Canada in over 30 years. The industrial market continues to grow due to the large investments made in the area from Glencore and Vale. Commercial class A buildings are generally fully leased and industrial warehousing is in a higher demand. We pride ourselves in making decisions that create high quality investments. Most importantly, we are a locally owned and operated company who believes in investing in Greater Sudbury.
