Blooming Minds provides customised training and consultancy services globally, to assist organisations to understand the impact of mental health problems in their workplace, to manage psychosocial safety and to minimise the human and economic toll of mental health issues while meeting their legal obligations around psychological health and safety. All of our programs are designed to support an organisations existing EAP services through in-person, live online and independent eLearning programs. Our courses do not train people to be diagnosticians or therapists.
