We help commercial and industrial property teams understand roof conditions, maintain serviceable systems, and plan necessary work with clear priorities — for a single building or a multi-building portfolio. Our work covers commercial roof inspection, preventative maintenance, repair, replacement, and custom architectural sheet metal for manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, institutional, retail, and office facilities. Commercial roofs typically fail early because of improper installation or a lack of inspection and maintenance. That is where we focus. Our crews are union trained, and Bloom is a signatory contractor with Roofers Local 70. Our foremen and service leads have completed NRCA Foreman Leadership Training and Foreman Management training.
