Bloom is family-centered organization that protects, supports and empowers foster children and the families who care for them. Our vision is transform foster care in the state of Georgia by connecting the community to evidence-based, outcome-driven programs that support and strengthen the lives of vulnerable children and their families. Bloom concentrates on two foster care services--a community-based foster parent program and The Bloom Closet. Bloom currently serves 1,500 foster children from sixty Georgia counties with a high concentration of clients residing in areas south of metro Atlanta. In 2015, Bloom expanded its foster care program to serve medically fragile foster children as well as pregnant or parenting foster teens. Learn more at www.bloomouryouth.org.
