Discovery Bay International School (DBIS) has been a cornerstone of the Discovery Bay community since the school's founding in 1983. Tutor Time was founded in Florida in 1988. In 2001, we established the first fully immersive, bilingual English and Mandarin preschool from the USA in Hong Kong.
