Bloom Associates Information

We deliver construction projects that balance design quality, buildability and long term building performance. Our work typically includes structural renovations, extensions, loft conversions, basements and full house refurbishments, as well as new build construction for private clients and developers. We focus on delivering well planned, well managed construction projects that perform properly long after completion. Many of the buildings we work on are older properties that require careful structural sequencing, practical detailing and experienced site management. We prioritise: - Clear cost planning from early stages - Buildable design solutions - Strong site management and programme control - Consistent build quality - Clear communication throughout construction Much of our work comes through referral and repeat clients.
