Blok'd designs, manufactures and delivers, innovative modular building systems. Our clients include companies from the mining, hotel, residential and government sectors. Blok'd, or its predecessor, has been delivering modular projects in Australia for over 7 years. Modulus, which is the predecessor to Blok'd was formed in 2008 by a group of senior managers each with decades of practical industry experience who have seen and acted on a need for dramatically improved accommodation services in remote areas, and who desired a new, more ?exible infrastructure supply model that could adapt to speci?c client needs, and could be delivered quicker, cheaper and with better quality, than traditional alternatives. Blok'd is now focused on procuring quality Chinese manufactured components to assemble in Australia under quality controlled factory conditions to Australian design guidelines. Blok'd combines Australian design, technical and project management skills, together with Chinese manufacturing capability to streamline the construction process. All Blok'd products are tested by Australian accredited companies or individuals, and logistics is managed by an experienced Australian logistics company. Blok'd is based in Melbourne, Australia, with of?ces in Hong Kong, Zhongshan and Beijing, China.
