BlkOps Fitness Information

Established in 2015. Our goal is to give you the best hour of your day!! When you join the BlkOps family, you are joining a supportive and positive community. The majority of our athletes started as beginners, so the only prerequisite required is a positive attitude and a willingness to work. All classes are led by an instructor who teaches you throughout the hour-long class. We have a background in physical therapy, strength, endurance, and athletics. We accomplish our results through tough, realistic training that has a direct and positive impact on your daily life. Our goal is to prove that you can be fit for life and we give you the tools to achieve this. All of our members leave our gym more mentally prepared for the rigors of life. BlkOps Fitness was created in 2015. However, the program has been developing for 10 years through the head coach and owner's personal experiences. These experiences were first forged in the Marine Corps and then later through countless hours of personal training, functional fitness, and the constant pursuit of knowledge.
