BLISEA - Secure Electronic Archive includes this feature, and notification can be sent to the charterer to prove that the vessel meets the requirements for operations, with checklists attached. When the crew presses ‘Submit’, the checklist is electronically stored and secured, and can be made available to whom you choose.
