B.L. Howard Productions, an independent company located in Brooklyn, New York, was established as a means of giving undiscovered artists a platform to market their talents. As the company's music projects evolved, our scope has expanded to include event planning, business guidance for artists and venues and quality promotions with corporate partners. We carefully plan the use of multi media with our clients and partners, all with attention to detail and within or under budget.
