We have extensive hands-on experience in vast construction projects across the globe from roads and bridges, to airports and tunnels, to light rail systems, utilizing innovative project delivery models: Public-Private Partnerships (P3/PPP), traditional CM at Risk, Program Management, and Project Controls Consultancy.
