Blaze Construction believes that the fundamental requirement of any structure is a good foundation and strives every time to produce a quality product. We are happy to take the strain of all the substructure works away from its customers and to act as Principal Contractor on the contract until the main contractor has a presence on site. Blockwork, brickwork, traditional floor construction, block and beam floor construction, service ducts, concreting, power-floating, domestic drainage, footpath construction, paving, driveway construction and tarmacadam elements of the work are all carried out by Blaze Construction leaving its clients free to concentrate on building and handing over a quality product. Blaze Construction is also prepared to apply for all road opening, road closure, footpath closure notices and traffic light applications as well as drawing up and submitting traffic management plans, carrying out trial hole exploratory work and submitting reports on behalf of its clients. Blaze Construction will undertake to manage mains services installation, meet and agree remedial works required to allow sites to be handed over to the Water- and Local Authority onto maintenance or final adoption.
