Blast Lab Ltd. ("Connected devices") is a hardware start-up with strong R&D. The fields of interest are: - connected devices dedicated for smartphones, - Internet of Things Systems - connected sensor which analyze data in the cloud, - M2M communication / intelligent house solutions - building hardware / software solutions based on Z-Wave, ZigBee protocols, - NFC - prototyping and building electronic devices and mobile applications which uses NFC technology, - Android Native Mobile Applications Development - NDK-based applications (C/C+, Qt Framework, FFMPEG multimedia apps, OCR based apps), - Augmented Reality - building devices and mobile apps for Augmented Reality, - Cloud computing (big data) – database optimization, mathematical and statistical modeling, calculations and statistics on big data, - Cloud computing (big data, computer vision), - Mobile apps optimization - efficiency optimization. Re-factoring existing apps to C/C++ native code. The Company was founded by a team of highly qualified engineers. Co-founders are PhDs and PhD candidates, who won 2nd prize in INTEL European Challenge 2011 and were semi-finalists of INTEL Global Challenge 2011 (Berkeley, US) - project "NeurON". Blast Lab ltd is one of the first in the world which integrated Bluetooth 4 BLE SMART technology with Samsung smartphones.
