Built by people who know construction. We've seen subcontractors get beat up. Not because they did bad work—because they didn't have the data to tell their story. We're here to change that. Why we built this Subcontractors are at the bottom of the information food chain. The GC has the schedule. The owner has the money. Everyone has more leverage than the people actually doing the work. When something goes wrong, it's the sub's fault. When there's a dispute, the GC has the documentation and the sub has... memories. Maybe some notes. A spreadsheet that's two weeks out of date. We built BlackHyve because that's wrong. The people doing the work should know where they stand. They should have their own data. Their own story. Their own leverage.
