It invests throughout the capital structure with new capital injections and discounted securities purchases to deleverage and stabilize target company balance sheets. Investing across the balance sheet in mid-sized “good” companies with a viable and proven business model undergoing financial and liquidity constraints as well as lack of leadership controlled by traditional private owners or by financial institutions due to involuntary ownership.
