Black In Media Information

Black In Media is a community and media company dedicated to amplifying the stories of Black people working in the media industry and highlighting the content these creatives are creating each day to celebrate the beauty of the Black experience. Black In Media hosts workshops, panels, networking events, and other educational programming designed to equip and encourage anyone interested in breaking into or growing their media career. Black In Media also organizes the annual Black In Media Day on July 16, which is a day that celebrates Black media professionals and all the phenomenal stories about the Black experience these creatives have told despite facing microagressions, anti-Blackness and systemic racism in the industry.
