Urban Alliance is a nonprofit that connects young adults with paid work experiences, professional development, dedicated mentoring, and networking opportunities to help them achieve economic mobility. We are building a diverse next-generation workforce. Since 1996, Urban Alliance has reached over 30, 000 young adults, ages 16-24. Of that number 6000 young people have been served through our flagship High School Internship Program across the greater Washington, DC area (including Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and Northern Virginia), Baltimore, Chicago, and Detroit.
