Black Canyon Ranch is nestled on Bostwick Park above Montrose, CO and just a few miles away from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park . Our horses are pastured on irrigated mountain pastures allowing the foals to develop, grow and learn to be a horse. We specialize in quality tobiano paints and you will find a collection of strong, well boned mares and stallions bred for ranch and performance work in a variety of colors including blacks, bays, buckskins, and palominos. Visitors are always welcome - just give us a call to make sure we are home to give you a first hand tour of our facilities and the opportunity to see our stallions and other horses up close. We always have horses of all ages available for sale so visit our sale barn to take home a Black Canyon horse of your own.
