OUR MISSION To enhance the voice and visibility of staff and students of colour within higher education. To highlight the value of the intellectual, social and cultural capital of staff and students of colour and their contribution to the knowledge economy. To promote collaboration among academics in the areas of teaching, research and professional practice through networks, events and other relevant activities. To encourage academics to contribute to social change through teaching, research, professional practice and academic citizenship. To shape policy and practice around race equality within HEIs and HE sector organisations.
