Black Boys Code is a national organization dedicated to closing the diversity gap in the technology sector by introducing young boys of colour to computer science and increasing their participation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fields. These young men are provided the opportunities to strengthen their understanding in these fields, specifically computer science, through mentorship, industry exposure and intensive training. Our aim is to impact their growth and development through a cohesive learning experience and a blended learning approach.
