Since 1996, BKS Security has provided locksmith and physical security services to Seattle's property management community, working with portfolios of all sizes, from single-property owners to multi-building operators. We work directly with property managers to solve the day-to-day and long-term security needs of multifamily and commercial buildings: master key systems, lock installation and rekeying, access control, intercom and telephone entry systems, CCTV and IP video surveillance, intrusion detection and alarm systems, security gates, and door installation and repair. Our Electro-Vox Intercom division focuses specifically on intercom and telephone entry systems built for multifamily properties. Property managers work with BKS because we understand the operational realities of running a portfolio: tight timelines, tenant turnover, liability concerns, and the need for a security partner who shows up and follows through.
