Founded over 18 years ago, BKR are draughtsmen to the property and architectural industry. We are one of the longest established and most experienced companies in its field, providing professional drawings services to all the leading estate agents, solicitors, architects and property company's in the country. We also provide residential and commercial EPC's on all types of building, specialising in large portfolios, having recently completed large portfolios of 200, 300 and 400 units for a national property management company. With national coverage we have produced plans on circular forts in The Solent, Lillishall National Sports Centre, too many public schools to mention, hotels, cinemas, country mansions, chalets in the alps, 300,000 sq. ft factories, and numerous nationwide portfolio's ranging from 10 - 800 units. Although we have individual estate agents as clients, we specialise in larger buildings, country houses, schools, factories etc as well as nationwide portfolio's for developers, housing associations, property management companies, charities and local goverment. We have expanded further into detailed services working for architectural practices, offering measured surveys, planning applications, sections and elevations to assist at planning stages through to proposals. Our staff are all experienced in their relative field, including over 50 years combined experience in residential estate agency, draughtmanship, property services and CAD design.
