BK360º is a lighthouse, that stands for: Guidance, Protection, Dedication, Persistence, and Hope. With these values in mind, I offer a Broad View to create and strengthen the Strategy; the Power to Connect, with my network, but more important by listening well and creating a shared language; Leadership, to create a balanced team and to empower the people to contribute from their talent and strengths. The meaning of the future we need can be reduced to 4 words: Healthy (Nature, Ecology, Health), Local (short chains, cooperation, neighborhood), Autonomy (being who you are, own your own life and data, contrition from talent) and Community (eye for each other, responsibility to your environment).
