Custom plastic tanks, pipework and process equipment — fabricated in Brisbane since 1971.
Industrial Plastics is ISO 9001:2015 certified by SGS, and our welders are qualified to the German DVS 2207 standard, significantly more stringent than AS/NZS minimums. Every job ships with documented weld records, material certificates and ITPs.
What we build:
Custom tanks 2,000 L to 50,000 L+ in HDPE, PP and PVDF — chemical storage, dosing day tanks, food-grade vessels, secondary containment. Built to AS/NZS 4766 and DVS 2205.
Pipework up to 1,200 mm in HDPE, PP, PVDF and PVC — butt-welded and electrofusion to DVS 2207.
Process equipment — wet scrubbers, chutes and launders, lamella clarifiers, hoppers.
SiteReady spool service — pre-fabricated, pre-tested spools that cut shutdown duration by 30–60%.

Water treatment — Veolia, Aquatec Maxcon, councils
