With thriving businesses, Steven Kupferman and Omid Shaye were faced with the challenges that all business owners face — how to grow and expand and not endure crippling overhead costs. Working during the Pandemic taught us that working virtually was not only acceptable but could be very beneficial. The answer turned out to be virtual staffing.
