With a group of consultants from the company Visionaria Capital Inc., we detected some business opportunities in the Software Applications Market, using Business Process Management Solutions (BPMS). I have helped the company create the Global Commercial Strategy and coordinate the effort with the Technology team. I have aligned the administrative processes and the customer support strategy to make BIZPRO become a world-class company within the first 36 months, including Spain and Brazil subsidiaries.
