Business Online (Bizo) offers a range of Managed Business Services to the Small and Medium Business (SMB) markets. Bizo services are all designed to deliver real business benefits to customers and have been specifically designed to meeting the unique needs of the SMB market (cost effective, reliable, easy to set-up, easy to use, subscription based pricing). Bizo was formed by Waynne Dartnall and Tim Mulcock - two of the original founders of EMS-Global, a New Zealand company that developed the Cortex product which is used by Telco's and Service Providers around the world. Both Waynne and Tim are well known as visionaries in the IT industry and have extensive experience in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, and Technology. In 2010 Orcon, New Zealander's fourth largest Telco, purchased Bizo. Waynne and Tim continue to run the business from their Auckland head office.
