OUR MISSION: The sole vision of BitsCube is to help each client realize its vision. This is our core. We don’t hot wire a project with a preconceived digital strategy in mind. We begin each project by getting inside the client’s mind — understanding needs first, then developing a strategy, plan and executable assets that fit like gloves. Since our core competency is understanding client needs, our competencies in digital platforms, systems and channels are never-ending in order to execute against those needs. If no digital enterprise system quite fits your need, we’ll invent one. VOICE: The BitsCube tone is short, smart, slightly sassy and sweet in its style. We communicate just enough for the geeks out there who know what we’re talking about, without glazing the eyes of “common folk.” This tone is vital since our audience falls along the two primary lines of expert and layman. And generally, the technical language will grow more in-depth with each dive into a sub-page, as deeper, more technical pages would be likely to attract the attention of digital experts who need an extra hand or two or three. The voice will also maintain an air of authority and worldliness to help engage a global audience.
