Who is Bitflo? Mark Gray (the founder and CEO) started his IT career in 2004 where he began working for the QLD Department of Education as a Computer Assistant. As Marks reputation grew in the local area, he started to support more schools and local businesses working as a sole trader. Mark started noticing a trend of technicians up selling, overcharging and not completing work to a satisfactory condition, Mark felt that he could fill this gap more adequately, and so in 2009 Bitflo was born. Fast forward to 2017, and it was Bitflo’s biggest year yet with the acquisition of a large well renowned tech company with over 40 years experience in the tech game; a collaboration which has seen the company branch even further into the corporate and education sectors. We now have twice as many technicians on the ground and our services have increased to ensure we continue to deliver our one stop shop promise. Bitflo was originally started to ensure that education and commercial customers in South East Queensland had a computer company who’s primary goal was to support their clients, not to make as much money as possible off each job. Despite our company's growth, we have not lost sight of our original goal and this continues to be the cornerstone of our business. Support is the key element to any IT system or network. We pride ourselves on offering a high level of support via both phone and an email ticket system. We offer both remote and onsite support depending on the location and urgency of your issue and are happy to provide advice wherever we can. Our consultants hold Blue Cards and work daily on a range of products including Windows and Linux servers, workstation and server hardware including Dell and HP, Networking including Cisco and HP and deal daily with desktop and software support. We have relationships with the biggest hardware and software distributors in Australia ensuring that our pricing is very competitive on brands such as HP, Dell, Toshiba, Logitech, Cisco, Netgear and Seagate. Our delivery contracts also ensure that if stock is in our Australian warehouses, your delivery will be at your door within 2 business days. We also provide web hosting in leading Australian Datacenters, supplementing this with our Google Apps and Office 365 plans to ensure you have reliable web hosting, enterprise cloud storage and email for a reasonable price. Our clients range from sites with 1 device to sites with 3800 devices - we are here to ensure technology aids your core business no matter how big or small you are.
