Traditional training and teaching has it backwards. It asks people to change their behaviors prior to learning something. Usually, they must attend classes, or login online, pay attention even when they are bored to tears or overwhelmed with content, figure out the relevance of what they are learning, sort through a fire hose of information, prioritize action steps, remember and or review notes, implement well after the fact, and follow through and follow up. All of these things tend to run counter to basic human nature. The Bitesize process makes the learning part easy, thus reversing the order. As people learn, they automatically begin to make changes. By putting the information into pieces that average people can not only digest and use immediately, but that they actually like. It’s like taking the pink elephant and making it look like pizza and doughnuts. Ultimately, the Bitesize process helps people learn at 3 to 5 times their normal learning rate. Of course as people learn at a dramatically improved rate, their results go up accordingly.
