Bite Back Productions Information

Bite Back Productions is a creator of science writing, audio, multimedia, and online curricula. I have a deep interest the ways technology is reshaping and potentially enhancing our ability to learn, online and from each other. On the flip side, I'm also inspired by developing educational materials that explore the societal issues brought about by our technological world. I have produced both online and manuscript content for the large textbook publishers Pearson and Holt McDougal, focusing on middle and high school science. For ten years, I developed online science education content for the Exploratorium in San Francisco, including audio, video, maps, and online teacher guides. I also teach audio production and presentation skills. I write about a wide variety of sciences, from geology to chemistry, from ancient astronomy to nanotechnology. My deepest interest is in the science of anything related to food: cooking, production, ecology, agriculture, plant and animal biology, etc.
