We Reinvent Recruiting 💎 Hearing our partners' pain, we were the first in our niche to create a recruiting subscription service that saves companies up to 90% of their recruiting budget. It's more profitable than job sites, easier than a Netflix subscription, and as comfortable as an in-house. How does it work? During the free trial period, we immerse ourselves in the corporate culture and business processes, conduct a recruiting audit, and start filling vacancies efficiently. After that, if you have a "match," we continue to build a dream team with a payment schedule that is convenient for you. No bonuses for successful hiring: only work for results and clear KPIs. We make sure that our partners' companies are complemented only by top performers. ✔ We fill vacancies in an anti-crisis manner: an unlimited number of candidates with a month of free trial period, no upfront payment, and a flexible payment schedule. ✔ We make recruiting costs predictable, thanks to a fixed price and no bonuses for successful hiring. ✔ Our strength is in deep HR expertise: we take into account the organizational structure and business strategy, proceed from business goals, and contribute to the development of the HR brand. ✔ We provide recommendations on how to strengthen the team and stop staff turnover. ✔ We help startups quickly build up their structure with efficient and talented employees. ✔ We take into account the peculiarities of the niche and use the latest recruiting tools, as we have 10 years of experience working with the US, European and Ukrainian markets. ✔ We manage candidates until the end of their probationary period and provide replacements if necessary.
