Bissell Street is a real estate investment and development company that was founded by Kevin Hites, the former President and Chief Investment Officer at the John Buck Company and Michael O’Shaughnessy, the former Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Asset Management at Northwood Investors. Bissell Street strategically partners with institutional investors to acquire, develop or provide advisory services for office, retail, hotel, multifamily residential and mixed-use properties where value can be created through lease-up, capital improvements, increased operational efficiency or development/redevelopment. Over their 25+ year careers, the Bissell Street principals have acquired and/or led the development of over $8 billion in real estate across the major U.S. markets, including projects in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Austin, Charlotte, Boston and New York.
