Aging is the one experience none of us escape, and for many, it brings a quiet sense of powerlessness against our own bodies. BioThera exists to give people options where they felt they had none. We believe advanced biotechnology should let people meet aging on their own terms, repairing the body from within, rather than masking how it changes. We work with one of the body's own tools: the extracellular vesicle (EV, or exosome), the natural system cells use to repair, signal, and regenerate. EVs hold extraordinary promise for human health and longevity, but that promise has been held back by a single problem: no one can make them reliably at scale. That's the problem BioThera solves. We're building the scalable biomanufacturing platform for EVs, the production, characterization, and quality infrastructure that lets EV-based products be made consistently at clinical and commercial scale. We integrate isolation, characterization, formulation, and batch-level quality control under MISEV, the international consensus standard for EV research and manufacturing, so every product carries verified particle concentration, full MISEV-aligned characterization, and traceable documentation. Our first product is Vesera, a clinically deployed, plant-derived EV skincare made for dermatology and medical-aesthetic clinics, that rejuvenates the skin like nothing else.
