Biotech Law Center provides “outsourced in-house” legal services without disrupting existing relationships with outside counsel. We review and negotiate all types of commercial agreements for life science companies that need a part-time attorney with deep, industry-specific experience. We work with companies that develop and sell medical devices, diagnostics, and digital healthcare solutions, as well as companies that support drug discovery and testing, offer research products and services, and of course, biopharmaceutical companies.
