Biota was commercializing Biosurveillance for energy and industrial customers, unlocking the use of ever-present microbes as sensors and tracers. Through our Biosurveillance Platform, Biota was able to extract this valuable data source, digitize it, and fill critical data gaps that other data sources were unable to provide. Our Biosurveillance Platform provided a non invasive, cost effective, 4D diagnostic that characterizes industrial environments and tracks the movement of both surface and subsurface fluids. The technology has recently been sold to a major International Energy Company. Biota Technology, Inc. seized all operations and has been dissolved.
