Biosenix is a biomedical technology startup whose primary goal is to develop wearable devices to help independent living and improve health monitoring of elderly adults. The creation of this company and its product development is directly motivated by the needs of our aging parents. Both company founders have parents in their 70s that live alone at home and are far away. At Biosenix we believe in a fluid work culture, focusing on innovations that have direct impact on our customers. Our efforts where recognized through seed funding from the Nation Science Foundation. Our wearable product - SenixBand & its eco-system counterpart SenixCare, allow users to automatically request help when they fall. We offer notification services to caregivers, family members and even 911 dispatchers. Our goal is simple, we want to take care of our aging population and give back to them. Allowing them and their families to be at ease.
