Biolucidation, LLC is a contract research organization (CRO) offering nonclinical drug abuse liability testing and safety pharmacology services to all sectors of the pharmaceutical industry. Our research team focuses on integrating research principles of substance abuse derived from both preclinical and human abuse liability models into one customized package. With expertise in animal models of drug addiction, we offer our clients a selection of traditional and novel assays that mimic drug abuse. We manage our own animal facility in compliance with federal animal welfare regulations, have a fully functional Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and use state-of-the-art equipment. All work in Biolucidation is performed to our internal Quality Assurance (QA) system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure that our services are conducted to “high scientific standards” as required by industry. At Biolucidation, we take pride in our portfolio of research services by providing better predictive efficacy models that will decrease the need for animal testing and improve animal welfare, while reducing R&D costs to our customers.
