BIOGAS Equity 2, Inc. represents state of the art European material conversion technologies to gain renewable energy and valuable fertilizer from access materials highly efficiently. We develop, finance, build and typically operate waste conversion plants to generate 500,000 kWh to 100MWh of electric power plus heat per year as well as valuable fertilizer. The BioTec waste pre sorting process for municipal solid waste (MSW), food waste and yard clippings uses a unique turbo Dissolver that outputs better than 95% clean organics ready for anaerobically digestion. A dozen large scale sorting facilities are referenced. The Upflow, Downflow, Reflow fixed bed register biogas plant technology represented burns the created biogas in a combined heat and power generator or is upgraded to RCNG and biomethane for pipeline insertion and wheeling. It is ideal for feedstock such as food waste, sewer sludge and manure. Two dozen highly efficient plants are in operation in Europe. A 8.4MW plant is being constructed in Ohio. The SRS wet gasification system will process non organics, plastics, cellulose, lignin and toxin in a patented saline solution at elevated temperatures to then gasify without burning. The resulting tar free syngas consists only of hydrogen, carbon monoxide and air to power a CHP with clean exhaust. The first large scale plant will be in operation mid 2014. Our objective is to improve the environment by processing waste close to where it's generated, and at the same time contribute to the country’s renewable energy objectives. We will convert any waste to renewable energy efficiently and cleanly.
