BioFields is a Mexican business group devoted to the development of Renewable and Clean Energy Projects, supported by the most capable and experienced Management Team the company operates three major business entities: Oil & Derivatives Sector: • Fully integrated 100% technified agricultural castor plantation practice including mechanized sowing and harvesting, state-of-the-art irrigation systems, optimum and self-sourced high quality hybrid seed supply, full domain over planting fields and a skilled team of agronomists that together translate into significantly higher yields than existing castor growers. • Self-built and owned, state-of-the-art oil extraction complex with world class processing facilities and a capacity to meet strong market demand for up to 150,000 mt p.a. BioFuels Sector: • Development & Commercialization of algae based renewable fuels from a patented and highly advanced third generation platform technology "DIRECT-TO-ETHANOL". • Through a wholly owned subsidiary, Innova Fields, the company owns over 17,000 hectares of optimal real-estate suitable for the scaled development of "DIRECT-TO-ETHANOL in the State of Sonora, Mexico. (e.g., Access to industrial quantities of CO2, sunlight, salt-water and electricity). • Fully sustainable biofuels technology and process consumes large amounts of CO2, does not incur in the food chain and does not use potable water. Clean Energy Sector: • BioFields owns approximately 4,000 hectares of land dedicated to the development of integrated Wind and Solar Power projects.
