BioE Mentor Program Information

The BioE Mentor Program (BMP) is the UC Berkeley Bioengineering Department’s official student-led mentorship program open to all undergraduate UCB BioE majors and minors. BMP aims to provide opportunities for BioE undergraduates to cultivate academic, social, and professional networks that will lead to long-term friendships and professional relationships. We continuously strive to establish an inclusive environment where students feel comfortable seeking guidance, while fostering a greater sense of belonging and community among the BioE department. The program features biweekly mentorship group meetings and cohort-wide activities, including alumni networking events, career development workshops, mentor-led office hours, and fun socials!
