Bio Tech Environmental provides environmental management and testing services for home owners who recently experienced water or fire damage to their property. Our Asbestos Consultants are certified by the CA Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and our Lead Inspectors are also certified by both the EPA and CA Department of Public Health (CDPH). With the Owner having a previous background in the restoration industry, a foundation was built that allowed us to create a structure to streamline the inspection, laboratory analysis and reporting processes needed by home owners to comply with both federal and state regulations in regards to the Asbestos and Lead testing needed for the restoration of their property. We are proud to be able to provide turn around times of less than 24 hours, we also have the ability to bill directly to any insurance provider.
