BIMODEL is a dynamic start-up specialised in BIM. From our inner 3D modelling skill, we have extended to building information modeling in conception up to exploitation phase. A model ready for exploitation use requires a specific know-how, as different for a synthesis model than a conception one. In practice, we figured out that BIM is part of a global approach allowing to explore the richness of informations that the model offers.
